Protectors of the Universe is originally taken from the cover art originally created for “The World’s Greatest Superheroes,” written by acclaimed animation writer, Paul Dini, and illustrated by renown DC Comics artist, Alex Ross.



“The World’s Greatest Superheroes” denotes graphic stories of heroism and hope. The book also gives insight into the identities, strengths and personalities of the world’s greatest superheroes.


This art also shows the heroes when they’re at their most potent, which is when they work as a team on a particular case or threat to humanity.

Each print in the edition of 250 is hand signed by Alex Ross. A canvas version is also published in an edition of 100.
