This is an Original Production Cel from a japanese animation. However we don't know where it's from or how old it is. It is a hand-painted cel on a black paper background. and it has it's peg holes. The round wrinkles on the image is the ccellophane bag it has been photgraphed in, the cel is in near perfect condition.

The process of Animation is often a collaborative effort. The evidence of this can often be seen in the long credits at the end of most animated shorts and films.
