The pink, long nosed Clangers have now celebrated 35 years of high living on their blue cratered moon, having first appeared on BBC in 1969. The same year that man landed on the moon!!

They share their world with some bizarre friends including the magical Froglets that live inside a travelling Top Hat!!

Peter Firmin and Oliver Postgate are responsible for some our childhood favourites, such as Ivor The Engine, Clangers, and Bagpuss. Sadly, Postgate has recently passed away.
