Modesty Blaise: Deadly

Media: Acrylic on Canvas

Size: 39″ x 39″

Edition Size: unique

Des Taylor continues his love affair with Modesty Blaise, the 1960’s British comic character created by Peter O’Donnell with this one-off, unique tribute.

Modesty Blaise, seen sitting in her Hyde Park London Penthouse through a client’s appraisal, is cool, calm and collected.

Originally drawn by a handful of exceptional artists, it was the work of Enrique Badía Romero, a Spanish artist, born 1930, that impressed Des the most and continues to be an inspiration for his work.
